Watch as I take you on a journey through a deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage. This is a 90 minute massage (condensed down) consisting of a deep tissue and neuromuscular blend. This client is a runner so the focus was on the legs. Relaxing restriction, range of motion, myofascial, and some trigger point therapy. Soothing music alongside lavender and peppermint in the aromatic diffuser. (Note: Essential oils not required.)
My interest in doing this video is to show someone, that may be on the fence about getting a professional massage, what one looks like.
However, each client can have a different massage experience based on individual needs. In this video, my client is properly draped, I have blankets for extra comfort and warmth (although not used, was available), professional atmosphere, and in a relaxing setting. I call myself a massage artist because I feel like it is my medium to artistic expression. To be able to help someone that is in pain, ease their pain or eliminate it (depending on the circumstance), is why I do what I do. Being able to be creative throughout my work is a super A+ because it drives my passion.
